About composite filling
Because of their durability, these fillings can be applied to both the front and rear teeth. After the carious tooth is cleaned and blasted to reduce the loss of substance, Bizotage is used to increase the bonded surface. After the tooth has been prepared, an adhesive bond is carried out, which ensures the bond between the tooth and the composite filling.
The curing is achieved by adding the radiation. The composite filling is then applied in thin layers and hardened by radiation. This process is repeated until the tooth decay is filled. Then the height control is carried out and the tooth is then polished. These processes take longer than building amalgam fillings.
